Spiegeltechnologie<\/h5>\n

Onze zonnespiegels weerkaatsen meer dan vijfennegentig procent van de opgevangen zonnestralen naar hetzelfde punt. Deze hoge reflectiegraad wordt mogelijk gemaakt door een speciale coating die de stralen zo veel mogelijk reflecteert en zo weinig mogelijk absorbeert. Bovendien bewegen onze spiegels met de zon mee, zodat ze op elk moment van de dag maximaal gebruik maken van het zonlicht. Collectortechnologie<\/h5>\n

De collectorbuis vangt de warmte op en maakt deze mobiel. Daarvoor bestaat de buis uit drie delen: een glazen buitenbuis, een metalen binnenbuis waar olie doorheen stroomt en een vacu\u00fcm tussen beide delen. De binnenbuis heeft een energie-absorberende coating om de warmteverliezen te minimaliseren. De olie in de binnenbuis heeft een hoog warmtegeleidingsvermogen om de warmte zo effici\u00ebnt mogelijk te absorberen. Warmtewisselaar<\/h5>\n

Dit is waar de magie gebeurt. De warmtewisselaar zorgt ervoor dat de opgevangen warmte ook daadwerkelijk kan worden gebruikt. De warmtewisselaar brengt de door de hete olie opgewekte warmte van de warmtecollector over naar het medium dat in het productieproces van de klant wordt gebruikt. Het buffervat<\/h5>\n

De warmte zelf leent zich zeer goed voor opslag voor uitgesteld gebruik, tot vijf keer effici\u00ebnter dan elektriciteit. Azteq Energy maakt gebruik van deze eigenschap door buffervaten te plaatsen die als een soort batterij dienen. Zo kan je 24\/7 warmte gebruiken, ook als de zon niet schijnt. Alternatieve warmtebron<\/h5>\n

Hoewel Europa gemiddeld 1300 zonuren per jaar heeft, zijn er natuurlijk dagen waarop de zonnespiegels geen direct zonlicht kunnen opvangen. Daardoor zullen ze niet in staat zijn de nodige warmte te genereren. Azteq Energy’s zonnespiegels worden daarom ge\u00efnstalleerd in combinatie met een alternatieve warmtebron wanneer continue warmteopwekking nodig is. Dit kan met uw huidige gasinstallatie, maar ook met duurzame alternatieven zoals biogas.
